REFUND AND EXCHANGE

We hope that you love your items but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You may return undamaged, unwashed, unused items under the following guideline. 

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. At this time, exchanges can only be processed as returns.
  • You will be provided with an RMA number, a return address and instructions on how to pack a rug (If applicable) not to damage it. You will have 10 business days to send the items back. All shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment  minus the initial shipping fee.
  • A $50 restocking fee will be charged for all returned rugs.
  • All Sale items and gift cards are final sale. 

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please note that all of our items are hand made. Slight variations in size, colour and design will naturally occur, which only adds to their uniqueness and charm. They should not be considered as damaged. 

If on the other hand the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong one, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hrs so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Do not destroy the box that your item arrived in and do not throw away the broken items. hold on to them for further instructions.

Once processed, we will ship you a replacement item along with a return shipping label for your damaged one.
